Heat Shrinkage and Force Tester is developed to accurately test the hot air thermal shrinkage property (shrinkage rate & shrinkage force) of tire cord, yarn, polyester, cotton thread and textile and etc. under a certain temperature by using high-precision temperature control system and measuring system.

Product Features
This instrument adopt USA Tedea force sensor and Japan Omron Encoder to test both shrinkage rate and shrinkage force.
The system is operated on touch screen to achieve man-machine interaction. Important message such as working status, real time deformation curve, shrinkage force curve, temperature curve and heating curve can be displayed in flash mode. Moreover, a real fault alarm function is set up in the system which can read alarm message directly.
Temperature module is adopted to collect temperature, an in-built thermoelectric couple is installed inside and output heater is controlled by a PID controller. Temperature and speed can be set on the touch screen, which can display temperature and heating curve.
Real time testing data can be read on the LCD. Date storage function is settled to seek multi-group test results and compute the results according to certain formula.
PLC reads signal from the encoder system, draws curve on the touch screen. Storage data of previous tests can be viewed and printed.
