This SOLAS scale/vehicle weighing pads is preferably used in vehicle weighing, but it is designed for every type of static weighing. The SOLAS scale consists of 4 platforms and a display. The display is built into a mobile carrying case including a printer and enables very flexible use. The platforms of the SOLAS scales are made of robust aluminum and weigh approx. 18 kg per plate.

These platforms are to be placed under four support points and connected to the display. The platforms and the display are connected via 10 m long cables. Then the SOLAS balance can start weighing. The SOLAS scale is able to calculate the weight of the individual platforms, the total weight and, after entering relevant data, the center of gravity calculation.

This information can then be printed out or transferred to a PC via the RS232 interface. There is also the option of saving the weighing data on a USB stick. Other interesting functions of the SOLAS scale are: gross / net weighing, manual TARE entries and a totalizing function e.g. vehicle with trailer.
