2. Precision Control and Repeatability: Equipped with a high-precision PID touchscreen controller, the chamber enables programmable multi-stage test profiles with real-time monitoring. Temperature stability is maintained within ±0.5 °C, and humidity within ±2.5 % RH. Fast heating and cooling rates (up to 5 °C/min) combined with closed-loop accelerometer feedback for vibration ensure accurate, repeatable results. 3.Robust Construction and Safety: The interior of vibration chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and structural stability under high humidity, while the exterior uses coated A3 steel for industrial durability. Integrated safety features—including over-temperature protection, humidity system dry-combustion protection, water shortage alarms, and leakage current safeguards—ensure operator and equipment safety, supporting long-term reliable operation in demanding test environments.
