Introduction

The ZR-1002 mask particle protection effect tester is to test the particle protection effect of masks by installing the national standard head from in the 500L self-cleaning test cabinet, then wear the mask on the head from, and import the mass median diameter  (0.6 ± 0.050) μm, concentration is 20mg / m³ of NaCl aerosol or mass median diameter (0.3 ± 0.050) μm, concentration is 20mg /m³ of oily aerosol into the self-cleaning test chamber, and the head form simulate breathing in sinusoidal curve, using upstream and downstream photometers to detect the concentration of salt aerosol and oil aerosol before and after the mask to evaluate the particle protective effect of the mask. The mask to be tested also can be worn on the national standard head form to automatically test the breathing resistance. It is suitable for the test of the particle protective effect of masks and filter materials by medical device inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, hospitals, HEPA filter manufacturers, mask R&D manufacturers.
